Dear Wildcat Families,

We are excitedly awaiting our Wildcat’s arrival tomorrow for our registered Face 2 Face (F2F) students! We wanted to send out a few reminders so your child is prepared and knows what to expect.

  • Please be sure that laptops and iPads are fully charged this evening and chargers for the devices are placed in your child’s backpack.
  • Computers will be travelling to and from school if forms have already been signed and filled out.  Your child is responsible for the device and any damages that may occur.
  • If a device has not been checked out yet, your child will be issued a device.  The device will not go home until we receive the signed from.  These forms will be sent home with your child tomorrow, and once signed, filled out, and returned, the device will be sent home.
  • Each student should have face masks with them, if not they will be provided. Face masks are required.
  • Students will have "mask breaks" throughout the day.
  • If your child is going to be eating a school lunch, please ensure there are funds in their accounts which can be accessed through
  • Please inform your child how they are going home, so they are aware. If this changes, please contact the office rather than the teacher as they may not be able to check their emails prior to dismissal.
  • Please have your child bring a water bottle every day.
  • We have hand sanitizer.
  • Please visit to review frequently asked questions.
  • In the event we have lighting/thunder in the area and we have to go into our 30-30 procedures, please have your ID available or your car tag for your child.  Parents/Guardians will be expected to get out of the car to sign their child out.
  • Dismissal tends to take longer on the first few days of school.  Please be patient with our team, as our top priority is student safety!
  • After your student is dropped off in the morning, students will be directed as follows:
    •  Kindergarten-3rd Grade students will enter the 800 building
    • 4th-5th Grade Students will enter the 600 building
    • Any students who are eating breakfast on campus, will enter through the main entrance
  • Car tags will be distributed during drop off in the morning.
  • When you drop off your child, please do NOT get out of your vehicle or walk your child to any of our entrances.
  • All students will be dropped off and picked up using our main parking lot on Lake Underhill Road.

Please review the Health and Safety video at that was sent out last evening from the OCPS Emergency Management Office.
